During the plenary session of the IX International scientific and practical conference «TRANSPORT SAFETY ASPECTS» , three agreements were signed, one of which was signed with the China-Belarus CJSC «Industrial Park Development Company».

On November 28, 2019, the IX International scientific and practical conference "TRANSPORT SAFETY ASPECTS" began its work at the Belarusian State University of Transport, dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the faculties of transportation management and mechanical and building.
November 21–22, 2019 Rector of the Tashkent Institute for the Design, Construction and Operation of Roads (Republic of Uzbekistan) A.A. Riskulov invited the rector of our university, Yuri Ivanovich Kulazhenko, and the vice-rector for academic work, Kazakov Nikolay Nikolayevich, to take part in the international scientific-practical conference «Global Partnership as a Condition and Guarantee of Sustainable Development» in Tashkent.
From November 18 to 22, the Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Leaders and Specialists of the Transport Complex of the Republic of Belarus, under the leadership of the head of the department “Wagons”, Ph.D., associate professor Anatoly Vladimirovich Pigunov, organized advanced training for specialists of AS Operail (Estonian Railway) on the topic “Repair, modernization and maintenance of wagons”.
On September 21, 2019, the qualification stage of the quarter-finals of the ICPC International Student Programming Olympiad, the championship of Belarus and the Baltic, took place. The competition was attended by teams of students, undergraduates and graduate students from universities in Belarus, Lithuania and Latvia.
Representatives of the Industrial Park Development Company, CJSC, expressing interest in the research activities of BSUT, visited our university on October 18, 2019.
From October 13 to October 15, 2019, as part of the German Week 2019 organized by the German Embassy in Minsk, the regional study seminar of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) “Deutschland entdecken” (“Discover Germany”) was held in 12th time and it brought together 70 students who study German from whole Belarus.

In accordance with the resolution of the Ministry of education of the Republic of Belarus (letter dated October 10, 2019), the deadline for accepting documents from foreign citizens and stateless persons enrolled in the 2019/2020 academic year to study in higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus has been extended until December 1, 2019.
