Fellowship

Preparation during the first stage of postgraduate education (postgraduate study), providing the scientific qualification of the "Researcher", is conducted full-time or part-time, as well as in the form of competition for specialties:

• 01.01.06 - mathematical logic, algebra and number theory;
• 01.02.04 - mechanics of a deformable solid;
• 01.02.06 - dynamics, strength of machines, instruments and equipment;
• 05.13.18 - mathematical modeling, numerical methods and programming;
• 05.16.09 - materials science (machine building);
• 05.22.07 - rolling stock of railways, traction of trains and electrification;
• 05.22.08 - management of transportation processes;
• 05.23.01 - building structures, buildings and structures;
• 05.23.23 - architecture of buildings and structures, urban and rural settlements, inter-settlement territories;
• 08.00.05 - economy and management of a national economy (a railway transportation).

Doctoral studies

Preparation for the second stage of postgraduate education (doctoral studies) is conducted full-time, as well as in the form of competition, both at the expense of the federal budget and on a full tuition basis in the following specialties:

• 01.02.06 - dynamics, strength of machines, instruments and equipment;
• 05.22.07 - rolling stock of railways, traction of trains and electrification;
• 05.22.08 - management of transportation processes.
