Based on the results of long-term studies of operated concrete and reinforced concrete elements and structures, laboratory studies of concrete samples, studying changes in time of physical and chemical properties of concrete depending on the operating conditions of structures, a complex method that has no analogues for assessing and predicting the technical condition of concrete and reinforced concrete elements and structures operating in various air environments is proposed. This method is a non-destructive method of inspection of reinforced concrete elements and structures, and allows not only to evaluate, but also to predict the technical condition of structures, but also to choose, depending on the results of the survey, methods and methods of their restoration.
