Improving the tariff policy of the Belarusian Railway and developing tariffs for freight and passenger transportation:
- Tariff regulation in logistics schemes of commodity flows;
- Development of the Tariff Guide № 1 of the Belarusian Railway (Price List № 10-01 for freight rail transportation in intra-republican communication);
- Investigation of the scope of application of Tariff Guide № 1 (Price List № 10-01) of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and its adaptation to the conditions of the Belarusian Railway;
- Development of methodology and calculation of rental rates for freight cars and containers of the carrier;
- Justification of the level of additional charges of the Tariff Policy of the railways of the member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the carriage of goods in international traffic for the conditions of the Belarusian Railway;
- Development of the Price List № 10-02-16 "Tariffs for transportation of passengers and luggage by rail in intra-republican communication";
- Development of a methodology for calculating the efficiency of transit transportation of goods by rail through the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
- Study of the costs associated with the performance of additional services for the carriage of goods by rail and the development of a draft methodology for calculating their cost;
- Development of unified tariffs for the transportation of goods on the territory of the Republic of Belarus by public rail transport, except for the transportation of goods in transit through the territory of the member states of the Single Economic Space, as well as instructions on the procedure for the establishment and application of these tariffs;
- Development of tariffs for public railway transport infrastructure services of the Republic of Belarus for the transportation of goods and passengers, as well as instructions on the procedure for establishing and applying these tariffs;
- Development of a methodology for changing the level of tariffs for rail transport services for the transportation of goods, taking into account the requirements of the Single Economic Space;
- Development of a methodology for determining and calculating the cost of services for temporary placement (settling) at the stations of the Belarusian Railway of empty rolling stock owned by the customer on the right of ownership or other right, temporarily not used for the transportation of goods;
- Development of a methodology for determining and calculating the cost of services for the delivery of weighing wagons and weighing workshops to the places of work;
- Development of a methodology for determining and calculating the cost of services for the accumulation and formation of direct shipping routes from private empty freight cars at the stations of the Belarusian Railway;
- Adaptation of tariffs for the transportation of goods in private, rented wagons to the changed economic conditions;
- Development of a project and testing of a methodology for determining the fees and expenses of the Belarusian Railway for finding wagons on public tracks for reasons depending on the shipper, consignee;
- Development of a methodology and determination of the cost of the service for adding freight cars of shippers, consignees to the stations of the Belarusian railway;
- Development of methodological recommendations for a comprehensive assessment of the economic efficiency of decisions taken by the Belarusian Railway to change tariffs for cargo transportation services;
- Unification of the list of fees for the work (services) provided related to the organization and implementation of the transportation of goods by public railway transport in all types of communication, etc.
